When a soul festival meets an estate agent, you find new harmonies.

I was commissioned by property agency Miles & Barr to design promotional flyers for their sponsorship of the Margate Soul Festival. The creative challenge was to bridge the worlds of soulful, community-driven music culture and a high-street estate agent brand. By adopting visual language in keeping with the festival’s vibrant, retro-soul atmosphere, I created an authentic-feeling lineup flyer that served both as a piece of festival culture — and a subtle brand touchpoint for the client. 10,000 flyers were produced and distributed locally and throughout Kent to promote the festival and elevate Miles & Barr as part of the cultural fabric of the community they serve.

Output: Festival-style lineup flyer design, gate fold, printed in a run of 10,000 copies for distribution at key locations and events.
